Designed for families, couples and small groups looking to slow down, unwind and spend quality time together in peaceful surroundings.
Join us for a peaceful evening at Elgsnes, a traditional coastal community approximately 30 minutes from Harstad.
This experience invites you to spend time by the sea, enjoy the surrounding landscape and experience the atmosphere of a North Norwegian summer evening at your own pace.
Your evening begins at Elgsnes Boathouse, where a host welcomes you and introduces the area. Warm and cold refreshments, snacks and a prepared gathering space await your arrival.
From here, you are free to enjoy the evening as you wish. Walk along the shoreline, explore nearby coastal trails, take photographs of the surrounding fjords and mountains, enjoy a swim, or simply settle down by the waterfront and take in the scenery.
As the evening develops, a bonfire is prepared by the sea (weather permitting), creating a natural gathering point to enjoy the light, the landscape and the peaceful surroundings.
Rather than following a fixed itinerary, Arctic Coastal Evening offers something increasingly rare: time, space and an authentic place to experience Northern Norway beyond the main tourist routes.
